Ms. Self Defense Diva believes that being proactive with your security and self-defense training enhances mental awareness, helps identify and prevent acts of crime, and opens us to healthier and more confident approaches to life….and it is so empowering. She enjoys teaching teachers, realtors, sororities, network marketers/direct sellers, mom-preneurs, and senior adults’ situational awareness and self-defense options.
